Burkman Fine Woodworking is a one man shop, handcrafting quality custom rocking chairs one at a time.  Gene Burkman personally selects the wood for each rocker, matching and sorting for color and grain.  He designs each rocker around traditional joinery, aesthetics, and comfort.  The art and craft of tradition and contemporary interpretation are incorporated into each quality heirloom piece.
